Variable-hole aeration hose is composed of reinforced PVC and rubber. The inside of the hose is lined with chemical fiber mesh wire. It is acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant, colorless, odorless, and does not produce oil.

There are two kinds of inner wall diameters of 62.5mm and 65 mm during hose aeration.

Performance characteristics and advantages:

1. The wall thickness of the hose is only 2mm, the air channel is short and straight, the pressure loss is small, the surface finish of the hose is high, and no biofilm is attached; the round pipeline is not easy to accumulate dirt. 2. The hose swells during aeration, and is squashed when not aerated, and the variable hole is closed when squashed. Therefore, no matter how long the aeration is stopped, it will not be blocked. It can effectively avoid sewage backfilling during intermittent operation.

The equipment has a small aeration bubble diameter, a large gas-liquid interface, evenly dispersed bubbles, is not prone to blockage of holes, and has strong corrosion resistance. The aerator is rare and suitable for urban sewage, large factories, new construction, expansion and old aeration tank renovation, The aeration tank can be operated intermittently.

Product use of aeration disk:

1. Deep water aeration;

2. Aeration and stirring of the biochemical tank;

3. Sludge aeration and stirring;

4. High concentration organic wastewater treatment process.
