Working principle

The function of the snail sludge dewatering machine is to carry out concentrated dewatering of sludge, which mainly includes three parts: flocculation mixing tank, stacking screw body and electric control cabinet.

 

The flocculation mixing tank has a stirring motor, which mainly mixes and stirs the sludge flowing from the metering tank and the flocculating agent input through the dosing pump, and the stirring motor can change the stirring speed by the inverter control. If the speed is too slow, the sludge and the flocculant cannot be mixed sufficiently to form a silk flower. If the speed is too fast, it is easy to break the already formed flower.

 

The mixing tank is also equipped with a liquid level gauge. When the dewatering machine is too late to process the sludge, the liquid level of the mixing tank will gradually rise. When the high level is reached, the automatic system automatically closes the mud pump and dosing pump until the level drops to a low level and the mud pump and dosing pump are restarted.

 

There is a sewage pipe below the flocculation mixing tank, which is controlled by a spherical valve. When the sludge dewatering machine is in operation, the valve is closed, and the spherical valve is opened only when the flocculation mixing tank is cleaned.
