Characteristics of Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser technical performance

Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser is a new type of aeration equipment, which is gradually applied in some sewage treatment plants because of its high aeration efficiency, long service life, energy saving, and basically no maintenance. Compared with the traditional disc aeration head, the aeration tube has a large amount of aeration. On the other hand, in the case of water depth of 6M, an aeration tube with an effective length of 2M has an aeration area equivalent to 10 exposures with a diameter of 20CM. The aeration area of the gas head is uniform and aerated.


At the same time, the Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser has high oxygenation efficiency and oxygen utilization rate, and the pressure loss is small. The diameter of the bubbles generated by the aeration tube in the water is less than 2 mm, and the oxygen is easily dissolved in the water, which can greatly save energy consumption. According to conservative calculations, under the same conditions, the aeration pipe is more than 20% more energy efficient than the aeration head, and is suitable for large and medium-sized industrial wastewater treatment projects, thereby saving a large amount of operating costs.


On the other hand, since the Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser has a circular design, it does not form silt, and the membrane hole has good opening and closing performance and is not blocked. During the intermittent aeration pause, the sewage will not flow back into the tube. In addition, the aeration tube rubber film is made of a special formula, which has good elasticity, long service life and will not break. In general, the service life of EPDM rubber film is more than 5 years, and the service life of silicone rubber film is more than 10 years. The aeration support tube is an integrated design with shock and torsion resistance, no breakage, and no maintenance for life. 


In the case of a membrane Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser, it is mainly composed of an integral support tube, a special rubber membrane tube, a rubber gasket, a stainless steel clamp and a locking bolt, and the key part thereof is a rubber membrane tube. Rubber film tubes are generally available in EPDM rubber and silicone rubber. EPDM rubber is suitable for urban sewage treatment plants with high temperature resistance up to 80 degrees Celsius and tensile strength greater than 10N/mm2. Silicone rubber has a wide range of applications due to its acid and alkali resistance and can be used in municipal wastewater treatment and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
