1. Level detection
Start to fill the treatment tank with clean water to the height of the aerator. Acknowledge that the level of all aerators is common to the horizontal plane.
If the difference between the height of the air distribution pipe and the horizontal plane is greater than 10mm, adjust the height of the air distribution pipe to the allowable error range.
2. Sealing test
Continuously inject fresh water into the aeration tank, the amount of water passing in is 10cm higher than the surface of the aerator membrane. Open the air supply valve for air supply and check whether there is leakage in the whole system; after a period of ventilation, close the air inlet valve to see if there are still large bubbles overflowing.
Document and repair any leaks. In order to ensure the sealing performance of the aeration system, there should be no air leakage around the rubber seals when the aeration of the single disc, tube and plate aerators are 2m3 / h, 4m3 / h and 6m3 / h respectively.
After the leak test of the aeration system is completed, please fill the water quickly and raise the water level to at least 1m above the surface of the aerator membrane to protect the system from the damage of ultraviolet rays, freezing and falling objects.
3. Aeration uniformity test
If you need to conduct aeration uniformity test, you need to adjust the water level to at least 60-100cm above the surface of the aerator membrane before conducting the aeration uniformity test.
And aeration at a water temperature of at least 10 ℃ with a large ventilation rate, gradually reduce the ventilation rate to a small amount, observe the change of aeration bubbles, and observe the uniformity of the aeration bubbles.
Note: Please do not exceed the maximum ventilation of the aerator.
During the trial operation, the maximum flow rate of the aerator cannot exceed the above data (the air volume can be calculated based on the output of the blower). All valves must be opened.
