The unique structure greatly reduces the resistance loss of the Epdm tube aerator; and the function of automatically opening and closing holes and cracks makes the aerator more efficient; in addition, different design modes of the aeration tube can be used to adjust the working pressure, Distance, density, thereby changing the efficiency of aeration.


The Epdm tube aerator has its gas distribution pipeline arranged in the usual ring shape. The aerator is provided with the air supply volume and the density of the pool layout. The connection between the aerator and the air distribution pipeline is G3/4 thread connection. The base is internally threaded and exposed. The gas turbine is externally threaded. When installing the Epdm Tubular Aerator, first adjust the regulator to the bottom of the tank with the required size by using expansion bolts, and then use the hoop to fix the gas pipeline to the regulator.


In order to prevent other working concrete and other heavy objects from damaging the Epdm tube aerator, it is necessary to install the aerator before the water is discharged after the completion of the civil works; in order to prevent the pipes and connecting parts from leaking, the water should be drained over the Epdm tube aerator. The bottom depth of about 10cm is tested for leaks, and then ventilation is found if there is any leak in the pipe connection. Then it is formally put into operation.


Now, Epdm tube aerators have been widely used for aerobic respiration of aquatic animals and plants in artificial rivers, lakes and fish ponds. Not only that, it can also be used for oxygen supply in other aeration systems such as aeration tanks and biochemical pools in wastewater treatment processes.
