The water treatment dosing device is mainly composed of liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, escalator, automatic monitoring system, power control system. According to the process flow, it needs to be assembled on a common platform to form a module, so-called armored modular unit (referred to as "scorpion").


When the water treatment dosing device is in operation, the quantitative drug will be put into agitation according to its needs, and the solution tank is stirred and dissolved. After the dissolution is completed, the metering pump is sent to the feeding point, and the dosage is increased. It can be freely adjusted to meet the needs of different dosages.


The water treatment dosing device mainly adopts the mechatronic structure when it is manufactured, and can be effectively divided into fixed type and mobile type from the installation during operation, and each type of dosing device is in the process of operation. It is equipped with a mixing system, a dosing system and an automatic control system. Several fixed armor can be combined into one unit, plus variable frequency control system, which can realize local control, remote automatic control, manual and automatic conversion and dosing. The booster dosing device has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, stable operation, simple installation, convenient operation and the like.
