If the differential in the horizontal spiral centrifuge has abnormal noise during operation, it is because the differential has problems. For example, the components of the differential are defective, or it is not installed in place, etc. All will cause the above problems. Therefore, the differential must be checked to avoid the above problems. When the horizontal spiral centrifuge needs cleaning, the centrifuge should be shut down first; then close some corresponding valves, etc. At the same time, open the clean water valve and rinse with clean water for 3 to 5 minutes; then, close the clean water valve and let the centrifuge run Stop again after a while, so that the remaining water in the centrifuge will be discharged automatically. If the water is very clear, then it means that it has been cleaned. If the water is very turbid, it means that it has not been cleaned, and it should be continued until the water is clear.
