Rotary mechanical grille is different from traditional grille. It is a kind of grille that can be automatically and continuously removed. It consists of a number of identical rake gear components that are staggered and parallelly assembled into a closed set of rake teeth chain, in the motor and reducer. Driven by a series of sheaves and chains to form a continuous top-to-bottom circular motion, the purpose of continuous removal of the grille is achieved.


When the crucible chain in the rotary mechanical grille runs to the upper part and back of the equipment, due to the guiding action of the sprocket and the curved rail, the parallel crucible row can be misaligned, so that the solid dirt falls down to the dross tank by its own weight. When the shedding is not clean, this kind of grille can easily bring the dirt to the channel behind the grid.

The parameters are the main basis for selecting the rotary mechanical grille, including the grid width, grid depth, tilt angle, tooth gap, slag discharge height, motor power, and equipment material.


When selecting a rotary mechanical grill, first determine whether the rack material is carbon steel or stainless steel; then determine the value of the grid gap, usually the coarse grid grid gap 10mm, fine grid grid gap 3mm; also determine the channel width value, The required channel width is 100m larger than the device width. Then we also need to determine the depth of the channel, the installation angle, and the material of the crucible.
